Privacy Policy – IPTV Bobo Player

Who we are
IPTV Bobo Player (“the App”) is a standalone IPTV player for Android, Android TV and Fire TV devices. Contact: via WhatsApp support on https://iptvboboplayer.officieliptvsmarterspro.net/
Player-only notice
The App includes no channels, playlists or subscriptions and sells none. You use content from your own IPTV provider under that provider’s terms.
Data we process
- Device identifiers: a randomly generated app ID (MAC-style string) and device key, stored on your device, used for login sessions and support.
- Login data you enter: provider host, username and password (Xtream Codes) or playlist URLs. Stored on your device only; sent only to your provider to log you in.
- Push notifications (optional, consent-gated): device push token via OneSignal. Enable/disable in system settings.
- Analytics (optional, consent-gated): minimal Firebase Analytics counts after you accept the in-app Privacy prompt. No ad tracking.
- Support contact: information you share when contacting us via WhatsApp.
What we never do
No sale of personal data. No advertising SDKs profiling you. No access to your provider account beyond what login requires.
Sharing
Only processors strictly needed: your IPTV provider (login/playback), OneSignal (push, if enabled), Firebase (analytics, if consented), WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us).
Retention
On-device data stays until you clear app data/uninstall. Server logs (if any) are kept max 30 days. Support chats per WhatsApp retention.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion: message us on WhatsApp with your device MAC shown in the app and we will action it within 30 days. You can also delete everything locally anytime via Android Settings > Apps > IPTV Bobo Player > Clear data.
Children
Not directed at children under 13. Providers are responsible for their content.
